Kolker & Germeroth, L.L.C. is a collaboration between two experienced trial lawyers fighting for the people of Missouri and southern Illinois. Scott Kolker and Tom Germeroth each have more than 10 years of experience and together have handled thousands of personal injury cases throughout the St. Louis area.

Scott Kolker

Scott Kolker has proven himself to be a skilled and aggressive trial lawyer. Since graduating from Washington University School of Law in 1994, he has helped thousands of people get the compensation they need after a catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or other tragedy. He has devoted his entire legal career to assisting families and individuals injured through the fault of others.

Scott has many $1 million verdicts and settlements to his credit, and won the American Jurisprudence Award for his work in Products Liability. He is the president-elect for the Lawyers Association of St. Louis, and is also on the board of directors of Places for People, an organization devoted to assisting individuals with mental illnesses.

Tom Germeroth

Tom Germeroth's worked as an engineer for 10 years before becoming a lawyer. His science and engineering background makes him uniquely qualified to assist clients injured, or the families of people killed, in any type of accident involving vehicles or machinery. His knowledge and analytical approach in complex cases allows him to thoroughly prepare his cases for trial and enhance his client's recovery.

Tom graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1996. After working at large business and personal injury firms, Mr. Germeroth started his own firm so that he could provide his clients with the close, personal attention that they deserve. Tom also serves as a secretary for the Lawyers Association of Saint Louis, and is a frequent speaker for Continuing Legal Education programs.
